Factor 55 is excited to introduce the all-new Kinetic Energy Bridle Ropes that allow recovery experts to utilize two frame-mounted recovery points on a vehicle during a kinetic recovery. Distributing the load between two points instead of one help equalize the load. Further, using a nylon Kinetic Energy Bridle (instead of a polyester strap bridle) also adds to the overall storage of elastic potential energy during a recovery pull. Constructed of double braided nylon that is coated with a weather-resistant polymer, these Kinetic Energy Bridle Ropes provide the ultimate flexibility and durability at the wear points of the rope.
Factor 55's new Kinetic Energy Bridle Ropes are ten feet in length. This length yields, for most vehicles, close to the important thirty degrees of arc at the connection point between the thirty-foot Kinetic Energy Recovery Rope and the bridle.
Kinetic Energy Bridle Ropes are available in the following two sizes;
- 7/8" x 10' - Minimum Breaking Strength: 28, 300 lbs, Working Load Limit: 5, 600 lbs (Designed for Jeeps, mid-sized Trucks, and SUVs)
- 1" x 10' - Minimum Breaking Strength: 33, 500 lbs, Working Load Limit: 6, 700 lbs (Designed for full-sized trucks and SUVs)
